Overview of job
A member of .NET team will join an experienced team and be tasked with guiding the team to deliver to its full potential.
The KPIs for the role will be as follows:
- Maintain high quality C# code and issue free deployments
- Ensure accurate estimation of .NET development effort
- Ensure timely delivery of .NET projects and support
- The last KPI will base on your skills set and will be chosen by your leader
As a .NET developer, you will:
- Develops websites and web applications on Kentico, Sitefinity, Umbraco.
- Participate in all phases of the development life-cycle
- Write well-structured, efficient, clean and testable source code
- Write and perform Unit Test for your code
- Enhances and maintains operational websites
- Coordinates plans and revises appropriate effort to meet changing project needs and requirements
- Keeps project manager well informed of status of development effort.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
- Trains/mentors developer other team members if and when required

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
Must to have:
- 2+ years’ experience working in Software Development
- Experience in Jira
- Solid experience with ASP.NET MVC, MSSQL.
- Experience with at least 1 of the following Kentico, Sitecore, Umbraco, Sitefinity.
- Experience with OOP, design patterns, software development best practices
- Proficient understanding of code version tools, such as Git, SVN
- Experience in JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Good teamwork and high responsibility
- Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code.
- Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, and Agile methodology.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of CMS and other web-based system
- Solid experience in Agile development environments
- Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is Plus
- Certified in Kentico, Sitecore is a BIG PLUS.
- Certified in Sitefinity, Umbraco is a plus
