Overview of job
We are looking for a Business Analyst who has experience and knowledge on products related to social networks, ecommerce and e-learning/ed-tech. This BA will work alongside highly talented & motivated team members passionate about solving hard, real-world problems with our unique and patterned technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support PO to collect and analyze feedback/requirements
- Work with stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features of products.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on system, business and customer impacts
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver working products in quick time-to market process and optimal resources
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or MIS;
- Experience in Business Analyst, Product Management in online/internet industry.
- Possess good product sense.
- Strong logical thinking & researching skills.
- Metrics-driven: strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amount of data into actionable information.
- Experience in using mockup software to design UX/UI, layout and navigation flows.
- Excellent management skills to collaborate with PO, PM, colleagues and cross-functional teams.
- Good English communication skills (speaking and writing).
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
