Overview of job

For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Backend Developer to work with a young and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh city. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. The Backend Developer will work closely together with partners outside Vietnam and will join one of the SCRUM development cycles. Daily stand up video conferences can or will be part of the job. Therefore English training courses are provided to improve English communication skills.

Minimum Requirements:

Strong industry experience using the following technologies:

- Node.js - Google Cloud Platform preferred or AWS or Microsoft Azure experience

- Document based database technologies like NoSQL

- Experience building APIs for mobile and web applications

Preferred Qualifications:

- Setup continuous integration

- Familiar with DevOps roles

- TypeScript - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and high performance systems

- Familiarity with server-side security best practices

- Automated testing

- Experience using Docker and/or Kubernetes
