Overview of job
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle: analysis, design, implement (60% .NET development, 40% Java development)
- Cooperate on development of internal tool/ web-based document management
- Take part in and architectural development activities
- Take 100% ownership and responsibility of assigned
- Follow development process: using Jira, creating technical document …
- Provide during and deployment
- Review, suggestion & solve issue on production and non-production env
- Recommend change/improvement of established java applications
- Participate on IT projects by closely cooperate with: analysts, Data analysts, QC, other functional team/department
- Communicate with colleagues from HQ/other countries
- Project/Change request planning and managing (in IT scope)
- Be able to discuss in English.
- Determine best practices, principals and spread out them across the organization
- Coaching/Mentor: provide guidance, training to other team members
- Contribute to build team’s culture/process/standard

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft .NET technology and mobile
- Expert at programming languages: .NET (C#.NET or VB.NET)
- At least 5 year full-time working experience with ASP.NET for web-development
- Can work with Java programming language
Object Oriented analysis, design and develop using common design patterns. - Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
- Proven work experience as a developer
- In-depth understanding of data management (e.g. permissions, recovery, security and monitoring)
- Hands on experience with
- Familiarity working with , MS including index strategies, performance tuning and optimization and stored procedures and write complex statements for large scale databases.
- Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar engineering role is a plus
- Experience with enterprise class deployment, web development process (design, development and deployment)
