Overview of job
Hiring senior level MongoDB Developers capable of designing and implementing an enterprise level NoSQL platform. This position will be responsible for:
- Convert partial current Relational databases to NoSQL for appropriate features.
- Design, develop, and refactor logical physical database by MongoDB.
- Implement appropriate indexes (B-Tree, Geospatial, Text) for performance improvement.
- Implement Mongo Management Service for automating a variety of tasks, including backup/recovery and performance management.
- Design and development experience building a reusable REST API model/framework to consume data from and/or push data into MongoDB (or similar technology).
- In depth knowledge of modeling/architectural patterns, governance methodologies, and potential limitations within MongoDB.
- Provide guidance in the creation and modification of standards and procedures.
- Comprehend and translate business requirements into technical specifications and build elegant, efficient, and scalable solutions for new projects.
- Provide mentorship to group members and will be expected to help develop and support mid and junior level staff.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience with MongoDB, good knowledge of various MongoDB database design patterns and physical architectures.
- Knowledge of database principles, RBMS.
- Experience in RBMS to NoSQL conversion.
- Experience in MongoDB Security and Defragmentation.
- Experience in physical collection creation, access pattern tuning, sharing implementation, index creation and debugging query execution to obtain optimum DB performance.
- Experience in working on CRUD Operations, Document based Data modeling, Design of Collections and Documents.
- Experience in data replication and sharing in a distributed database, Schema and architecture design.
- Good in analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about technology, why it was used, issues, benefits, etc.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral in English.
