Job Area: Engineering - Customer Engineering
Job Overview:
We are looking for software engineer with demonstrable knowledge and hands-on for AI/Frameworks on IoT and Embedded Systems experience. Major responsibility is to support customers/distributors with the Qualcomm solution training, Software Integration (both Edge AI and Cloud AI), Performance Profiling and Optimization. The scope also includes new feature request development such as new algorithm and architecture design for Video analytics, computer vision and machine learning and integration with exiting services.
Job Requirement
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience with debugging techniques.
• 2+ years’ experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
• Experience in Android/Linux or other embedded systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Good analytical and mathematical skills to develop new algorithms. Hand-on experience in motion analysis, object detection/tracking and pattern.
• Experience with Open Source vision library, experience in integration 3rd party software and debugging.
• Knowledge of neural networks, with hands-on experience using ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with AI model performance profiling. AI performance optimization
• Knowledge Qualcomm Hexagon DSP is a plus
• Work experience in Speech/Speaker Recognition and Natural Language Understanding is a plus
• Knowledge on cloud computing / big data (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud), having experience integration of AI Cloud solution
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated project team and independently
Education Requirements:
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Preferred: Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science
