Overview of job
- Participate in product prototyping, mock-up, and GUI design.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into documents such as business cases, business models, project scope, project description, functional specifications, user cases, user stories/PBI...
- Verify team output (usability testing, validate “before” and “after” results from the changing system, acceptance testing...).
- Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including glossaries, lesson learned, user guides...
- Keep up to date with new trends and best practices in business analysis and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Understand, clarify and document software requirements
- Close cooperation with our technical specialists in design, implementation and deployment of solutions
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
- Communicate key insights and findings to product team
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Good communication skills.
- You are a detail-oriented and goal-driven person.
- Have a good knowledge of business analysis based on.
- Have a good technical understanding of web and mobile environment
- Experience with UML, UI/UX
- Experience with booking service is a big plus.
