Overview of job
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and design fantastic interfaces that helps users achieve their goal in speaking English clearly. You possess a strong understanding of the product development cycle from conception to launch and are comfortable working in cross-functional teams. You have the ability to gather and analyze user feedback to define the problem before designing features with beautiful UI/UX. You are results oriented and are able to translate your creation into real results. You are able to deliver the aesthetic that is appealing to ELSA users. You will drive innovative projects in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of self-motivation and direction.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product, Research, Marketing, and Engineering teams to define and understand the requirements of a given feature.
- Express ideas and concepts via wireframe in Figma and deliver a clear presentation to stakeholders.
- Produce prototypes quickly and validate designs and ideas using feedback from users.
- Participate in feedback sessions with the team and users and be willing to modify designs to better achieve the goal.
- Produce design artifacts that can be used for the cross-functional engineering teams to implement.
- Actively participate in defining design strategy beyond designing UI/UX for features.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Experienced in designing UI/UX for iOS and Android apps. Bonus points if you have prior experience in EdTech.
- Able to produce high quality personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate ideas.
- Able to validate ideas through qualitative and quantitative user research and improve upon initial designs.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX app design and iOS/Android UI guidelines, and up-to-date with latest design techniques and tools.
- Excel at time management and have a proactive mindset.
- Extremely attentive to detail, organized and able to follow a design system and contribute to it.
- Comfortable working in a distributed environment and with an agile development team.
- Professional use of design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Photoshop, Invision).
- Must be fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in business English.
