Overview of job
- Convert ideas, designs, and requirements directly from the client into concrete and stable applications
- Develop and communicate technical processes, standards, and best practices to the team
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Realize daily and weekly activity reporting using group tools
- Technical support for your team
Note: Our recruitment process includes 3 rounds at least (no particular order): Technical assessment + Interview with our technical team/CTO + client's interview.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience;
- Graduate in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
1. Technical skills:
- Proficient in PHP (Laravel);
- Proven experience in developing application with Laravel;
- Experienced with GIT;
- Experienced with SQL database;
- Advantageous to have experience: working in Agile/Scrum team and performance tuning using a caching system like Redis, Memcached.
2. Soft skills:
- A fair level of both verbal & written English;
- Reliable and comfortable to collaborate in a team;
- Strong learning capabilities both for technical and functional aspects.
3. Optional skills:
- Experienced with Elastic Search is a big plus;
- Capable of doing deployment is a plus;
- Experienced in integrating with 3rd party technology is a plus.
