We’re now recruiting team members to launch our tech-driven center of excellence in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang. And this Vietnam-based senior team management role is a key appointment that offers the successful candidate the chance to lead the delivery of our digital transformation consultancy services. Excellent English language skills are a must-have, because you will be working with colleagues and clients based in the UK and US.
Your knowledge of multiple technologies will be matched by your love of automation and all it can achieve. You’ll also demonstrate skills in accessing technology stacks methodically and analytically, as well as the motivation to keep a close eye on developments in the ways software is deployed and systems are managed. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure the Stratavo brand is synonymous with DevOps innovation.

Your Skills and Experience
Your responsibilities
- Building and designing AWS and Azure infrastructures using automation templates and tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, and ARM.
- Developing contemporary cloud-native applications that are agile, scalable, and reliable.
- Implementing CI/CD processes and technologies using Octopus, Puppet, GitLab and other tech.
- Championing the establishment and use of best practice infrastructure design across the business
- Helping the team bid for new contracts and taking part in new business pitches
The role requires
- Good knowledge of Linux OS
- Broad understanding of cloud technologies
- Outstanding team leadership and mentoring skills
- Knowledge of cloud design best practices such as Azure Review Framework or AWS Well-Architected Framework
- Programming experience in Bash and other languages such as Python, Java, and Ingress
- Strong communication skills (in English) and teamwork skills
Your qualifications
This is a senior role that’s vitally important to Stratavo. As a result, we are looking for a DevOps expert with a CV that shows:
- At least 5 years of successful innovation in DevOps and/or the cloud
- Over 10 years’ development, infrastructure, security, and networking experience
