Do you have a portfolio brimming with stand-out web designs and branding that really delighted your clients? If so, we want to see them and find out more about you, as we are looking to recruit a creative and highly-motivated web and graphic designer to join us in Vietnam.
We are Stratavo, a new and rapidly growing tech consultancy based in the UK and about to open a tech-driven center of excellence in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.
A key player in our new team, you will have creative, technical, and communication skills that enable you to interact with clients and create stand-out web designs that really get to the heart of what customers want. You will also thrive on the challenge of managing, motivating, and mentoring other designers in your team, ensuring everyone is inspired to achieve greatness!
As you will be liasing with colleagues and customers based in the UK and US, it’s vital that you possess excellent English language skills.

Your Skills and Experience
Your responsibilities
- Designing unique web-based content using HTML and CSS
- Keeping a close eye on trends and technical developments in the world of web and graphic design
- Using concepts such as reactive and responsive design where appropriate
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the latest SEO techniques
The role requires
- A real passion for digital marketing
- Experience of managing and mentoring teams of designers working in-office and remotely
- The patience to take time to understand customer needs, some of which may be abstract
- A determination to ensure all your designs help clients establish and grow a distinctive online presence
Your qualifications
- 5 – 7 years experience as a web and graphic designer
- Ability to communicate in English at an advanced level
- A portfolio of finished web designs for which you can explain the process you went through to create
- A strong Adobe-based skillset including DreamWeaver, PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD
- A track record of using Elementor, WordPress and associated plug-ins for caching, CDN, Insights, SEO, backup and more
