Overview of job
Job Scope
- Test engineer is responsible to build and support wireless product testing to ensure excellent quality in the product under testing.
- Test engineer should have experience in product testing, good analytical and communication skills
- Test engineer will work closely with the server team, software team (Firmware & Application), hardware team and external parties overseas. Test engineer reports to QA Manager.
Detailed responsibilities:
• Understand test objectives, test strategies, and test plans which are sent from QA Manager.
• Study user and software requirements and ask questions or suggest ideas to make the requirements better.
• Understand project risks and product risks.
• Design, review and update test cases.
• Work with QA Manager to run test estimation for testing activities.
• Develop test scripts for testing Android, iOS applications and firmware application.
• Execute test scripts and report defects.
• Build and maintain Automation Testing Framework developed in Java, TestNg, and Appium.
• Report progress status, issues, comments to QA Manager.
• Follow software testing processes, company standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with developers, end users and customers

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 5 experience years in software testing!
- Good in writing documentation and discuss work related matters in English (*Must*)
- Knowledge in automation tools, framework on Android & iOS devices (e.g. Appium, Selenium, TestNG, Junit, Jenkin…) (*Must*)
- Good logical thinking, analytic and investigating issues, bugs.
- Self-esteem, honest, patience, diligent.
- The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
