Overview of job
- Provide IT infrastructure support for customers on client server applications and issues on Premise and Azure
- Monitor application services and server performance through system monitoring tools
- Trigger incidents, issues and assign to operation lead for complicated technical support
- ITIL based Incident Management in ticketing tool
- Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per defined SLA and KPI’s
- Maintenance support such as: Install appropriate patches or hotfix for operating system, performing testing
- Collaborate with support teams for database support, application server backup and restoration
- Provide 16/7 support including planned Maintenance Support and On Call readiness support (Morning and Afternoon)
Job Requirement
- Knowledge in Windows 2012/ 2016 Server administration
- Basic knowledge on DB Concepts, Networking concepts
- Basic knowledge on IT Service Process: Incident/ change & Problem Management
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud will be added advantage
- Good written and oral communication in English
- Able to support in 16/7 model as per working hour: Morning (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and afternoon (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
