IN BRIEF:
We are looking for an experienced Front-end Engineer (Reactjs) professional to be part of product team in a large-scale platform with million of users.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement new features with high quality code and documentation
- Build reusable frontend components to deliver consistent and good user experience
- Optimise the performance of existing web applications for better user experience
- Collaborate with other engineers, product managers and UI/UX designers to build and improve suite of web application
- Writes thoroughly tested and reviewed code towards new features and enhancements to the existing application.
- Actively participates in discussions around coding conventions and standards, including introducing improvements and challenging the existing ideas.
- Builds thoughtful modules and components, keeping in mind maintainability, reuse, and compatibility with the existing architecture. The new code is also evaluated for performance, scalability and stability
- Collaborates with team members, including engineers on the frontend, backend, QA and DevOps during the entire development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of high-quality code to production each and every release

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in state management patterns such as Redux and key concepts such as asynchronous programming
- Experience in delivering responsive web applications with high quality UI/UX
- Team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment
- At least 3-5 years in JavaScript Framework programming using React/Redux.
- Experience/Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux, Git, Jira and Confluence
- Solid understanding of software design patterns.
- Strong analytical and technical ability
- Effective collaborator with both non-technical and technical team members.
- Excellent communicator who can articulate technical design trade-offs with team members
