Overview of job
- Develop (co-work with PM/PO) and execute project plans and delivery commitments; manage the day-to-day activities of engineering teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Work closely with the engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach. Be a hands-on technical leader and contributor.
- Ability to participate and advise in coding with teams.
- Conducting project meetings and is responsible for project deliverables & technical qualities.
- Research new relevant technologies or articles as company's needs, alike Specialized AI, Image
- Recognition, Signal and data analysis, Blockchain, Distributed Ledgers, Photogrammetry etc.

Your Skills and Experience
- Highly responsible, well-organized, and proactive characters.
- Strong communications skills, and be able to consult solutions/technical aspects for clients.
- Very good at English, perfect in writings and fluent at speaking skills.
- Advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide technical leadership to a team.
- Be able to write technical design document.
- Experience with multiple technologies (mainly .NET, mobile development) and database structures (mainly MSSQL).
- Strong experience in system design for web application using mainly NET technology stack
- Strong experience with Restful API design.
- Ability to effectively coach peers and manage workload in order to accomplish all project related tasks, on-time and within budget.
- Experienced in JIRA and software development processes.
