Introduction

We are seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated Business Analyst to work with a team to deliver high-level consulting services for TechAble. The BA is responsible for working with customers (internal and external) to develop solutions to challenging business problems and opportunities. The BA works with the customer to fully flesh out ideas, helping them to understand key business integration points as well as any tradeoffs that may exist. The BA works to translate the customer's requirements into Agile story form for implementation by our development team. Finally, the BA acts as a subject matter expert throughout a project to ensure that any questions from the technical or customer teams are answered in a timely fashion. 

Responsibilities

• Discuss with customer and analyze/understand requirements of the product. 

• Research and understand the business objectives and issues to provide customer with solutions. 

• Create Business Requirement Spec, System Requirement Spec, User Stories, Wireframe, and any document, ensuring both Customer and Development team have the same understanding. 

• Facilitate communication among team members. 

• Create User-friendly System Manual for end-user.

• Have good communication skills, professional and POSITIVE working attitude.
• Fluent in English & presentation skill. • At least 3 years of experience in BA or relevant job.
• Experienced in writing technical documents, procedures, workflows, especially detail design document.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement, SCRUM process.
• Have experienced in SCRUM master – optional.
• Have basic experience in programming languages, database knowledge – optional.
• Good English skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) – optional.
• Have knowledge about E-Commerce and Loyalty – optional.
