Job description
Overview of job
1. Project management process
- Along with QA Department updating and standardizing project management process according to PMP, Agile SCRUM Frameworks.
- Collect, evaluate, recommend, and implement project management process improvement ideas.
- Deliver training sessions to PMs/ BA/ Dev and other stakeholders about Project management process.
- Monitor IT projects implementation compliance with project management process.
2. Projects portfolio management
- Be the focal point to synthesize and update information about each project in the IT portfolio.
- Together with CIO / DCIO to prioritize and classify strategic projects / projects / and change requests.
3. Resource tracking
- Together with PMs / Software development managers, statistics and track the use of BA, Developers resources for each project in the short and long term.
4. Reporting
- Instruct to PMs / Software Development Managers on how to use reports.
- Verify report content submitted by PMs/ SDMs, instruct for editing and updating if any.
- Synthesize weekly and monthly reports about projects’ status, and resource utilization as required by CIO / DCIO.
5. Documents and Tools management
- Make sure each project has all the documentation items required by the project management process, and is uploaded to the specified archive.
- Ensure projects / CR work is allocated and tracked on specified tools.
- Together with the QA department, improve tools to enable automatic reports.

Job Requirement
- University degree in IT, Finance, Banking, Investment or related subjects.
- 3 years Quality Assurance (process), Project Assistant, or Project Coordinator experience.
- Fully understanding of SDLC, PMP and Agile SCRUM.
- Experience in identifying, analyzing and managing project risks
- Experience on forecasting, resource capacity and planning and schedule and budget performance reporting
- Experience in managing PMO services and functions supporting IT Projects.
- Experience defining project management standards and auditing projects for compliance.
- Good presentation, written and verbal communication skill
- Good in using Jira, Excel, PowerPoint
