As a member of the engineering team, you are expected to: 

• Develop Lixibox.com to be the best ecommerce website and application on the market
• Work with founders and all core members to understand the business
• Assist marketing team to grow Lixibox user base and business
• Scale Lixibox to accommodate a huge user base
• Have FUN and grow yourself with the company as we invest in yo

Must have: 

• Excellent engineering required
• Our engineers have a high standard of excellence across the board and we always look for team members that could push this standard further upwards.
• You would be an excellent team member if you love technologies, can learn things fast, and in general care deeply about the quality of your work.
• Overall 3+ year experience Ruby/Ruby on Rails framework .  
• Good knowledge about software testing, automation testing (Rspec, Capybara)
• Experience working with Javascript/HTML/CSS
• Experience with working with mobile responsive layout
• Experience working with the Git version control system
• Ability to communicate in English

Nice to have:

• ReactJS is a big plus
