For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Scrum Master to work in Ho Chi Minh city. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. You will work closely together with partners outside Vietnam and will join one of the SCRUM development cycles. Daily stand up video conferences can or will be part of the job.

Their client is the first company in the Netherlands to receive a license from the Dutch National Bank to officially sell crypto, which makes them the first crypto asset manager in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the product backlog, features, epics
- Work with PO to define the sprint scope, project milestones
- Manage sprints, work items, velocity of the team
- Conduct the progress reports, sprint reports
- Run demo sessions, sprint planning and sprint retrospective
- Participate in the release testing

Must have:

- Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English skills
- Working technical knowledge of the software development process – design, development, test, and deployment
- Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution and time management skills
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
- Analytical skills to be able to solve problems and remove impediments
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
- Certified Scrum Master is a plus

Nice to have:

- Experienced with crypto trading/crypto currency
