Overview of job
- Communicate directly with clients in the US to gather business requirements via GoToMeeting/skype
- Translate business requirements into Epic and User Stories.
- Ensure all specifications are documented and updated as needed.
- Create the wireframe using Figma.
- Work with the design team to develop the final design.
- Work closely with the development team and others to ensure the requirements are implemented as expected and identify potential change requests that may occur during development.
- Play the role of end-users to verify/validate the results/system against the approved specifications.
- Additionally, play a System Analyst or Project Manager role as needed.

Job Requirement
- Must be proficient in English, in both writing and verbal communication
- 3 year+ experience working as Business Analyst
- Good at presentation and negotiation
- Good knowledge of software development life cycle, business analysis concepts, requirements analysis, management practices and tools
- Good ability to interact with the development team
- Fair knowledge about testing/verification and UX/UI
- Great attention to detail, client service mindset
- Proactive, Initiative, and the ability to work independently and in a team
- Good knowledge of software architecture and technical is a big plus
- Good leadership and project management is another big plus
- Domain knowledge in CRM, ERP, Accounting, Tax, Banking is a plus
