We are looking for savvy Data Analysts to join our growing team of analytics experts. The hire will be responsible for building & operating KPI, management dashboards, conduct ad-hoc/advanced analysis to support business functions, conduct experiments to propose new ideas/initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced data analyst with strong technical skills and business acumen. The Data Analyst will work closely with Data Engineers to mine and deliver insights to business functions. They will also work closely with business functions (such as sales, marketing, operations…) to understand their needs and support them in making the best business decisions. They must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, functions, and products. The right candidate will be excited by the prospect of driving the implementation of a data-driven culture as well as delivering business value for the company.

Responsibilities for Data Analyst:

● Effectively engage with stakeholders to understand their business problems and formulate data-driven approaches for resolution.
● Leverage your data visualization, data manipulation, and mathematics skills to generate easy to interpret reporting/dashboards.
● Be accountable for the quality/accuracy of reporting.
● Ability to communicate with non-technical peers.
● Provide ad-hoc data and analytics support to the business.
● Document existing processes and communicate opportunities for improvement identified in the data, such as scalability or quality concerns.
● Become resident subject matter expert on our data repositories. Provide thought leadership to the team on use and interpretation.
● Research and troubleshoot problems & questions related to deployed analytic solutions.
● Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Data Analyst
● 1+ years of experience in data analytics working closely with business functions
● Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited university or college.
● Experience in any visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau…) is desirable
● Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel
● Industry experience is a plus
● Experience with Python, programming, SQL, and/or data science is a plus
