Team Description:
• Strategic Planning is a newly established department at LOTTE focused on driving strategic projects and initiatives across the whole company
• Direct reporting to CEO
• High exposure to General Manager/Director and various business leaders

Key Responsibilities:

BUSINESS TRANSPORMATION STRATEGY
• Lead of the Corporate & Business Strategy Planning project (Market & Customer analysis, Internal Capability analysis, Strategy Scenarios development)
• Help to define strategy and set strategic goals across various parts of the business depending on the current company priorities
• Address key strategic questions through analytical frameworks and insights to inform key decisions based on thorough analysis of relevant data sources
• Identify key business insights to drive business decisions and actions
• Perform ad hoc analyses to help the business make strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and drive towards efficiency
• Be a strategic thought partner to team members in different parts of the business

BUSINESS PLANNING
• Responsible for identifying an area of opportunity within a company and implementing processes to change its performance for the better
• Overseeing all aspects of the company, implementing any procedural change necessary, and improving how the people in the company perform through measurable improvements.
• Use data-driven solutions to address factors affecting ability to reach strategic objectives by propose and implement change initiatives to Transformation Business & PI (Process/ Organization, System, Performance Improvement)
• Develop and drive KPIs that accurately reflect the business
• Planning Business Operation Budget and monthly & quarterly P&L reporting, monthly progress reporting on all strategy & business transformation initiatives, KPI reporting

Basic Qualifications:
• 8+ years of total business / problem solving experience
• At least 4+ years of strategy experience (e.g. strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity or corporate strategy group)
• Experience in challenging problem solving, deep diving into an issue, identifying root-causes and suggesting realistic solutions
• Strong business sense and, high attention to detail and can-do attitude
• Experience synthesizing information quickly, distilling key takeaways, and presenting insights to senior leadership
• Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written. Experience communicating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams alike
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• BA / BS degree
• Good command of English. Korean is an Option

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA / MS degree
• Previous experience in Information Technology
