Overview of job
- Phục hồi dữ liệu trên thiết bị lưu trữ như SSD, HDD, thẻ nhớ, USB Flash Disk v.v…
- Sửa chữa, thay thế linh kiện trên các thiết bị di động: điện thoại, thiết bị giám sát hành trình, máy bay không người lái v.v…
- Trao đổi, giao tiếp với khách hàng trực tiếp hoặc qua điện thoại
- Môi trường làm việc năng động, thân thiện, chuyên nghiệp.
- Tạo điều kiện học hỏi phát triển bản thân và các kỹ năng sống.
- Lương thỏa thuận + Thưởng + Các chế độ phúc lợi khác
- Du lịch 1-2 lần/năm và hưởng các quyền lợi khác theo luật lao động
Job Requirement
- Hiểu biết tốt về phần cứng máy tính: đặc biệt là thiết bị lưu trữ dữ liệu
- Hiểu biết tốt về tệp tin hệ thống, các loại RAID và cấu trúc cơ sở dữ liệu
- Kinh nghiệm 1-2 năm về IT Helpesk, hỗ trợ người dùng doanh nghiệp
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
- Có khả năng tập trung cao độ
- Có khả năng phân tích và đánh giá nhu cầu của khách hàng
- Thường xuyên cập nhật, duy trì kiến thức về công nghệ mới
