Clever Age is a full-service agency covering the entire digital production chain. We provide consulting and technology services to help clients define and implement their omnichannel strategy.

With the opening of Clever Age Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City in 2019, Clever Age is looking to strengthen its team with Junior PHP Developers with a proven experience with Symfony, Drupal, and WordPress.

Job responsibilities :

As a Junior Developer, what you’ll be responsible for :

●  Contribute to large-scale digital project development (e-Commerce, OMS, PIM, CMS, Mobile, PWA, ...)

●  Understand user stories and convert them into implementation tasks

●  Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle

●  Ensure code quality, best practices, and design patterns are implemented

●  Create unit tests and continuously deliver the software (CI - DevOps, ...)

●  Work in an agile environment (Scrum, Kaban, ...)

●  Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers

●  Communicate risks and issues

●  Realize daily and weekly activity reporting

●  Demonstrate software to product owners and collect feedback

●  Being part of a new adventure at Clever Age Vietnam

●  Work with our experts from around the world (Europe, Canada, Singapore,...)

●  Work with overseas clients and famous brands

●  Graduated from an engineering school or university diploma

●  Minimum 2+ years of overall development experience

●  Web application development experience with PHP Frameworks (Symfony, Laravel, ...)

●  Proven experience with Drupal, WordPress, or Symfony

●  Strong understanding of data integration: API (REST / SOAP), ETL, ...

●  Proven experience with source control management (Git, Gitflow,...) and tracking systems (Jira, Redmine)

●  Proven experience assisting junior developers in coding and troubleshooting

●  Ability to interact with the product owner and work within the customer environment

●  A taste for challenge and learning, and proactive in identifying and solving problems

●  Good communication skills

●  Fluent in English
