- On-call:

• On-call schedules are arranged by the VN team.

• 2 shifts: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

• On average, a member can do on-call 8 weekdays and 2 weekends per month.

• On-call members can WFH.

• Weekend on-call fees are paid by the company.

• Work on projects to help enhance the Back-end features of our platform.
• Analyze business requirements to develop solution design.
• Estimate development timelines and create schedules.
• Create prototypes to validate and deliver final solutions.
• Conduct code reviewing, testing, and solution implementation.
• Work with test engineers to identify and fix defects.
• Further details will be discussed in the interview.

Must have

• 3 years of development experience in object oriented design, development and implementation using Java technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL database technologies (Oracle, MySQL), NoSQL database technologies (MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
• Experience in working in UNIX and Windows environment.
• Familiarity with source code control systems like Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
• Familiarity with build tools including Maven and Gradle.
• English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and business groups to develop robust solutions.
• Excellent problem solving, ability to create and maintain documentation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum.
• Experience in Spring Development.
• Familiarity with the music industry domain knowledge
