Responsibilities and Duties

  • Solving IT support requests directly from employees.
  • Troubleshooting system and network issues.
  • Maintaining the PCs (hardware, software).
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults.
  • Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
  • Managing client accounts and setting up integration links.
  • Conducting Daily / Monthly / Yearly traffic reports.
  • Setting up accounts for new users.

Job Requirement

  • Have at least 1 year of experience with this position.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain inventory of all company owned IT equipment, assets, and licenses. Renew, refresh, or recycle per schedule or as necessary.
  • Provision and disable user accounts, reset and update passwords, modify group memberships, and manage Office 365 & windows server.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as, in the team.
