Overview of job
The Job
- Administer & Support international office network infra-structure & users
- Administer & Support cloud systems of company and client on Azure, AWS, Aliyun
- Document procedure, policy, user guide in English.
- Triage & Resolve support incidents
- Periodic rostered on-call support
- Other duties assigned from Leaders, Managers and Chief Technology Officer.
- Nice and friendly working environment.
- Lots of interesting and challenge projects to work on.

- Being trained, practiced and improved in not only technical knowledge, but also experience on team leader and project management.

Job Requirement
Skills & Experience
Must haves:
- Good English communication skills and enjoy communicating with end-users
- Experience with systems and IT operations (DNS, IIS, Apache, Nginx, rack server, Ubuntu, Windows Server, etc)
- Able to be adaptable, self-motivated, results oriented and willingness to learn new technologies
- Degrees in IT / computer sciences or equivalent
Nice to have:
- Any CMS knowledge
- Experience in cloud service (AWS, Google, Azure, Aliyun, etc.)
- Knowledge about Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Any IT cloud or network qualifications & certification is a big plus (Solution Architect...)
