Overview of job

Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with project teams to provide them the machines they need
● Review the status of the machines and fix common issues (crashed applications, full disk)
● Automating and managing internal processes
● Monitoring and ensuring that the system infrastructure is up and running at all times.
● Manage servers, applications, and all internal software used by the company.
● Documenting the configuration of the system infrastructure.

Technical skills:
● Understanding of web architecture (Web/DB server, firewall, load balancer, DNS, CDN, …).
● Knowledge about virtualization, Proxmox, containers and VMs
● Knowledge on LDAP
● Knowledge of Linux, Apache / NginX, MySQL, PHP stack. (cloud, AWS is preferred but not mandatory)
● Being Familiar with Jenkins, Docker, Ansible or Magento is a plus.
Qualities required:
● Willingness to learn and improve yourself.
● Methodology, drive to progress / work on incremental performance optimization (not just waiting for issues to happen).
● Habit of documenting actions, willingness to train others, so that everyone improves.
● Good communication (with developers, hosting partners, ...) in English and Vietnamese.
