You will be joining a hand-picked team developing a multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform for sales enablement. The platform runs on AWS infrastructure. It has web, iOS, Android clients; and integrates with many other platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, GoodData, Tableau).

Your main responsibilities include

• Participating in product development. Working with product managers and designers to define software solutions that will satisfy customers’ needs.
• Responsible for estimating, planning and implementing chosen solutions.
• Ensuring and improving the quality and performance of the product by applying unit tests, following best design practices and coding standards.
• Helping less senior team members develop their technical competences by mentoring and reviewing their work.

Must-have Skills: 

• At least 2 years of experience developing web applications and REST APIs with Ruby on Rails framework.
• Deep knowledge and efficient use of Ruby on Rails framework, Ruby language, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Solid experience in designing database schema and optimizing query performance
• Ability to provide sustainable and scalable solutions that support business processes, interpreting business requirements into technical architecture and models.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and concepts of MVC, ORM, and RESTful.
• Proficient in using command-line tools like Git, Bash, etc.
• Excellent English speaking/listening/reading/writing skills
• Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code

Nice-to-have Skills

• Knowledge of software development processes like Agile, SCRUM
• Experience in automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Experience in developing frontend with ReactJS, or some UI component library such as Ant Design
• Knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure (Docker, AWS, CI/CD, …)
