Overview of job

1. Define architecture for new system to make sure that system will be robust, reliable and have high performance
2. Anticipate and identify problems of current projects, provide alternative solutions to achieve expected results finally
3. Research new technology to prepare for new coming projects
4. Work with PM/PL to write proposals, software requirement specifications as well as software design specifications
5. Participate in code review and regular test
6. Mentor developers and QA members to achieve high speed and quality project, including but not limited to define outstanding test cases that are out of members’ ability.
7. Participate in project development phase when above tasks are not applicable

SALARY ADJUSTMENT

• There are 2 PAs (Performance Appraisal) per year. The percentage of salary adjustment is 10%-24% depending on the individual’s performance within a specific period.

• Provide laptop for working and can take home.
• For iOS development, the company provides a MAC MINI for normal developers. For the team leader, the company provides a MAC BOOK PRO for working.

• B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent
• 6+ year experience in Software development
• 4+ year experience in Technical Architecture / Technical Leader position
• Be creative and good at user experiences
• A creative mind which can work alongside a very drunk design and creative team
• Highly organised driven individual with skills in an agency environment
