Overview of job

• Installing PC, preparation IT stuff for newcomer.
• Provide support to users; work directly with them to resolve their problems related to any IT services.
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with ISPs/partners on network optimization
• Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection.
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns

• College or university, major in computer science, information technology or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of experiences as a server/network engineer.
• Knowledge in System: Windows Server (MCSA, MCSE or equivalent is preferred), Linux (LPIC is preferred), Cloud computing…
• Knowledge in Networking (e.g., Switching, Routing,.., CCNA or CCNP is preferred).
• Knowledge in Security (Security+, CEH certificates is a plus).
• Good command in English (TOEIC 600+)
• Preferred language (for applications): English.
