Overview of job
- Help the team to keep improving BAEMIN products by measuring, learning, and building features.
- Keep monitoring BAEMIN products to find and maintain issues on the service.
- Keep improving BAEMIN’s UX by working with product designers and engineers.
- Analyze market information and user behavior data to determine what we need to do for improving our product.
- Interview and research the customers to figure out their problems.
- Gather requirements from different departments. (e.g. marketing, sales, operation)
- Convert requirements to solutions that the product team can provide.
- Design workflow, write a specification, create a wire-frame to help to understand product requirements.
- Write documents or materials to share the product’s update within the organization.

Job Requirement
- From 2 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in related fields. (on-demand service, social network, e-commerce, etc.)
- Familiar with agile software development and engineering culture.
- English: Speaking/writing skills.
