Overview of job
We are looking forward the experienced QA / IT support personnel to support our services of web-based fieldwork system (
Your task includes:
QA (50-60%)
- Make test plan based on the specifications of the project
- Control testing operations and quality of the project
- Create, execute and review test cases or free tests
- Report bugs; evaluate serious levels and impacts of bugs in the system
IT / project support (40-50%)
- Support our customers who are in need of our system for technical support / discussions
- Conduct training / support our account team from technical perspective

Job Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years recent, hands-on quality assurance experience or IT support
- Bachelor degree in computer information technology, computer engineering, or related degree;
- Experience working in a Scrum environment;
- Experience with testing service oriented architecture (SOA);
- Knowledge of QA testing and associated methodologies;
- Skills in problem solving, judgment, critical thinking and decision making;
- Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.);
- Communicative in English
