You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As an Full-stack Developer, you will be responsible for initiating, designing, modifying and developing software applications for global stakeholders. 

• Implement application development using Java (Spring Framework, Hibernate) and/or .NET/.NET Core, ReactJS and other technologies for wide range of Enterprise Applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dell Boomi
• Configure, analyze, design, develop, maintain and/or refactor new/existing program code and applications to support business processes and functions and keep technical debt to a minimum
• Participate in problem solving, troubleshooting for the assigned applications, functional areas, or projects
• Ensure the quality of the product with collaboration from team members
• Contribute to defining R&D techniques including setting up proof of concepts
• Develop and amend code as documented in the design; ensure it meets the specification, follows standards, is performant and is maintainable
• Respond efficiently to address issues to minimize business disruption when production problems occurred

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

• B.S. Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Software Development, especially developing large-scale and complex business systems
• Good English communication skill (both verbal and non-verbal)
• Hands-on experience in using ReactJS (Node.js, Webpack, JavaScript, TypeScript); Java/.Net/.Net Core technologies; and building API for modern web application (back-end of Angular, React)
• Be familiar with using and setting up CI/CD; and non-relational database design (Mongodb, Redis)
• Good at development methodologies e.g. Agile/Scrum and iterative development
• Possess interest in new development opportunity and be eager to explore new technologies
• Flexibility to adapt to changing instructions and requirements with high sense of commitment
• Ability to work independently as well as be proactive result-oriented team player
• Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other developers, and relevant partners
• NICE TO HAVE: experience in Mobile development (Android/iOS) or Enterprise applications such as Service Now, Salesforce
