Overview of job

1. Operation and support to handle user requests of customer systems: Finacle system

2. Coordinate with related parties in handling errors and problems arising during the operation

3. Review and analyze the performance and efficiency of applications, develop strategies to improve or enhance the efficiency of the use of these systems.

4. Risk identification and self-assessment of the department during the operation. Plan risks and coordinate with related units to develop risk measurement, assessment and mitigation measures.

5. Ensure that the department's activities comply with the internal policies, regulations, procedures, instructions ... and quality of service (SLA) commitment.

6. Ensuring human resources to operate and support the systems

- Knowledge in database technologies (Oracle, MS SQL), web server ((Nginx, Apache, IIS, WebSphere)

- Knowledge about Unix/Linux and sys-admin related tasks, networking systems

- Communication skills, teamwork

- Knowledge of the consumer finance system

- Understanding of software development process
