Overview of job

Your key responsibility will be:

- Lead a QC team.
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including planning, establishing metrics, applying best practices and processes to ensure quality goals are met
- Ensure all tasks defined for each release meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, issue tracking and reporting
- Lead QC team to identify and perform different types of testing for each release including: API testing, functional testing, integration testing, usability testing, compatibility testing, performance testing, security testing, regression testing
- Hands-on manual and automated test if having to share workload with the team
- Handle customer escalation such as creating reproducible bug reports or help troubleshoot
- Clarify requirements with BA/PM or clients
- Plan/estimate all works of project testing activities
- Design test case and test plan
- Ensure that all the requirements of compliance are followed
- Daily update progress/issues to team
- Weekly/monthly report to Director

Required skills
- Experience in leading a QC team.
- At least 3+ years experiences of testing web-based and mobile applications.
- Experience in test Web Services, APIs and Database(MySQL).
- Experience in testing UI and UX.
- Experience in writing clear and concise test plans, test cases, test evidence, bug reports.
- Experience of writing clear, concise and meaningful test statistic reporting.
- Proactive, great attention to detail, results-oriented problem solver, and ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Experience in automation testing is a plus.
