Overview of job

You will be responsible for the UX development process, from conception to deployment, as well as working alongside various teams to guarantee user satisfaction. Your duties will include:
- Understand our users (create personas through user research and data…)
- Understand our product
- Design (define the right interaction model, find creative solutions to solve UX problems…)
- Evaluate your design (define success metrics, conduct usability testing, gather feedback...)
- Communicate your design to other teams
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Job Requirement
As our UX Guru, you will be designing simple, yet elegant application features to solve complex workflow and interaction problems. You will eat, breathe, and sleep the product, just like the rest of the team to build an amazing product that users love. Our ideal candidate also possesses:
- Prior experience working as a UX Designer
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience creating prototypes using wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Figma…)
- Experience performing usability testing
- Be open-minded, eager to learn, and embrace a challenging spirit
