Overview of job

• Provides leadership and coaching to Project Management Team
• Manage the team of Project Management team; this includes all aspect of people/performance/schedule/technical management
• Supports recruitment, selection, hiring and orientation of the Project Management team
• Defines Project Management Team KPI’s and provides appropriate analysis of Project Management team Reports
• Analysis requirements of bank to interconnect and share to the development team Ex) message specification and service lists, environment about SIT/UAT/Production, etc.
• Identify the necessary procedures to interconnect to the bank
• Receiving the requests and responses from the bank and the development team
• Schedule coordination of development and applying

• High salary Up to $4000
• 5 days working (9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday)

• Minimum 10 years of experiences in PMO
• Experience in financial industry or payments system, i.e.) Card Payments like Visa/Matercard/etc, Napas card, like MoMoPay/Payoo/etc
• Experienced in TCP/IP socket programs or web programs
• Experienced in ISO-8583
• Experienced in heterogeneous interconnection programs
• Experience working with Korean IT team
