Overview of job

• Ensure that project teams are making appropriate progress and output on a day-to-day basis
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope by setting timeline
• Coordinate internal resources/departments and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification technique
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Document work flows, identifie barriers or obstacles and offer solutions
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff to ensure resource availability and allocation
• Any other duties as required by the Company

• Leaves: 12 days leave and Tet and other holidays based on the annual announcement of the Government

• A degree in IT / Computer Science, Project Management Professional certification is a plus
• At least 7 years experience in IT industry and 3 years inproject management role
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent communication, organization, influence, problem solving skill
• Attention to detail and multitasking skill
• Familiar with product wireframe or product management tools such as Balsamiq axure, Jira, Redmine
• Experience in Agile environment or Scrum Master is a plus
