Overview of job
1. Working with SSI’s internal infrastructure teams (System / Network / Security / Database) to prepare for any CRs in UAT / PRD environment
2. Working with vendor / Oracle Support and internal teams ensuring smooth operating of the Oracle ERP / HR / DigitalBiz / Bravo/Einvoice … applications systems
3. Maintain / develop / deploy... Reports (+BI), Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflow, Forms (WRICEF) and Personalization. Maintain iDempere application using related tools
4. Carry out technical activities for production support activities:
- Troubleshooting / Diagnostic
- Patching Application / DB packages
- Stop-Restart Apps Services / Processes
- Concurrent Manager monitoring and alerts
- Maintain EBS Internet application forms using OAF/ADF, XML/BI Publisher, SQL Developer…
5. Support End Users for some specific ad-hoc cases

Job Requirement
- University degree in IT, Computer Mathematics or related subjects.
- Minimum 3 years in Oracle EBS R12 technical support / technical consultant.
- Knowing iDempiere is an advantage.
- Good presentation, written and verbal communication skill.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and large
- Reading technical documents in English good, basic communication
