For our Technical Project Manager position, we are seeking talented, ambitious, hard-working, and career-minded candidates with a background of software development and graduated from a recognized university and strong English skills.

The Technical Project Manager is part of the Project Delivery Team and works with stakeholders and Product and Engineering teams to deliver great products to market and supporting systems. The Technical Project Manager ensures that projects are effectively planned, coordinated, risk managed and delivered with quality.

Description of Job

• Work closely with stakeholders in the region to gather requirements, manage expectations and deliver products to market
• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and other management and technical duties
• Prepare, plan and lead scrum teams and meetings with product and engineering teams
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of the technical team while ensuring all team members are actively working toward established milestones
• Hold a regular technical team meeting to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Lead, monitor, and motivate project team across the company and interact with staff at all levels in the organization
• Maintain correct project time frames, estimates, and status reports
• Make sure that all required projects are completed and reviewed
• Provide project improvement recommendations that are based on best practices and industry standards.

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in software software development role
• 1-2 years in a lead or project coordinator or management role preferred
• Ability to manage agile teams and projects
• Ability to work under pressure and complete the project on the given deadline
• Ability to establish a healthy working relationship within the organization
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Exhibit exceptional time management skills and have an eye for detail
