Overview of job
Provide Application and hardware support for PLM and Product Development community.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 Product Development applications support
- Research and implement improvements to optimize system performance and when there are changes in processes and requirements from product development
- Work with key business users to understand issues and constraints in the environment
- Work with key internal and third party contacts in other IT focus areas to work on cross-functional projects.
- Create/maintain end user documentation on how to use the engineering application.
- Work with business to analyse potential data discrepancies/migrations, and work on developing tools / features that can support the business with better data maintenance moving forward
- Support maintenance team to perform production deployment and upgrades.
- Assist and coordinate various on-going projects to ensure delivery is achieved on time.
Job Requirement
1) Education/ Professional knowledge:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
2) Skill, Experience:
- 3 - 5 years’ Experience in Information Technology
- 2 - 3 years’ Experience in providing Application Support for Level 1 and Level 2.
- Experience in user engagement
- Experience in systems-and-data analysis
- Proficient in English, written and verbal
3) Other requirements (if need):
- PLM (Teamcenter) Experience is beneficial
- Product Development Software (CAD/CAE/HPC) experience is beneficial
