Overview of job

• Define, drive the technology roadmap and manage all development activities for the main site Katalon.com and other satellite pages: Testautomationresources.com, automationtestingtools.com, etc.
• Lead a team of developers, prioritizing activities, removing obstacles, and ensuring the delivery of quality code on time
• Coach and mentor the team, helping them expand their technical knowledge and advance their leadership skills
• Own the technology stack, ensuring a high-performing, agile, and scalable solutions framework that can support rapid business expansion
• Partner with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Production Lead, and other stakeholders to deliver new capabilities and site enhancements
• Ensure a high degree of readiness and clarity going into sprint cycles to remove ambiguity and minimize risk
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders and development teams to integrate new systems into the site.
• Establish performance monitoring systems and protocols to ensure a high degree of availability, system readiness, and global site performance
• Work hand-in-hand with peers to provide a complete, integrated technology platform that follows high code standards for testability, performance, scalability, automation, and code coverage.
• Own the tools and infrastructure to empower and accelerate development, and lead the charge in modernizing our software stack
• Oversee the care and feeding of the various infrastructure components, ensuring all systems are up-to-date, fault-tolerant, and operating within specifications.

• A customer-first mindset
• 8+ years leading a development team preferably focused on web
• Deep understanding of multi-tenant cloud web applications
• Strong business acumen – You understand the impact of decisions on the business and customers
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, including object-oriented programming, APIs
• Experience with NodeJS, ReactJS, and GatsbyJS
• Strong adherence to security, performance best practices, and documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior management
• Exceptional project management skills
• A solid track record of collaboration, with demonstrable experience working with internal teams, stakeholders, and agency partners
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
