Overview of job
The Technical Lead is responsible to writes complex software programs from design specifications; Plans, executes and documents unit tests; Reports status and issues; Documents detailed designs; Accountable for unit test leakage; Contributes to and may decide upon system architecture and design decisions.
- Play Technical Leader role in the projects
- To contribute to the system architecture design
- Contribute to the design specifications that are in compliance with established coding quality standard of the company.
- To consult or support and the project teams and clients on technical perspectives
- To support for presales activities (R&D, estimate, pilot, etc), technical interviews
- To perform trainings/seminars for the company
- To develop the new skills for project teams if any new technologies required based on the project roadmap
- 13 month salary per year
- Performance bonus (up to 2-month salary)

Job Requirement
- University degree in Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- Good experience in software development in Java or Mobile (Android), Have experience with Kotlin or willing to learn & work with Kotlin.
- Good knowledge of SQL, database design and programming.
- Good knowledge of software integration.
- Good knowledge of common software architecture including n-tier/n-layer application architecture, distributed application architecture
- Good knowledge of security and performance in software development
- Good problem-solving skill, passionate in software development or developing technical skills are preferred
- Able to work independently, help others to solve technical issues
- Able to provide the technical training, guidance in project
- Good knowledge of code quality, coding standard, design patterns, and principles
- Good knowledge of unit testing and integration test
- Good knowledge using static coding analysis tool and properly fix violation
- Able to properly do coding documentation (code comments) and do code review
- Strong understanding of coding principles like loosely coupling, dependency injection …
- Can do normal documentation and presentation tasks
- Good communication English in verbal and written.
- Leadership skill: can lead a small & medium team, the technical training, guidance in company level
