Overview of job

You'll be responsible for frontend portions of our point of sale and business platform software, which forms the backbone of our customers’ retail operations. We use Ruby on Rails, Golang on the server backend, C # for our native apps and React for Web UI

You will interact with actual customers, gather requirements and have a say in the architecture of our next generation of business software products.

Your work will encompass:

• Building and maintaining the core of the project.
• Using best practices, such as Components architectural guide.
• Building integrations with third-party tools and APIs.
• Spinning up proof of concepts to demonstrate if projects are technically viable and achievable in a short time frame.
• A wide range of tasks with excitement and as a sense of opportunity with a growing product suite.

We are willing to hire employees without undergraduate degrees in IT, and willing to train promising programmers. Our interviews are focused on coding ability, not paper qualifications.

Must have:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with popular React workflows (such as Redux or Mobx).
• Strong in using React Hook.
• Familiarity with ES6 standards.
• Passion for code quality and improvement (render view, cache and fetching data).
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with Typescript.
• Experience with code review and GIT workflows.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
