As the Engineering Manager of the Mobile team, you will play a big role in our overall mission to enhance the productivity of public safety officers. You will own the end-to-end success of the new Mobile team, from hiring, planning to execution.

Your Day-to-Day
- Hire and grow a world-class engineering team
- Work with Product Managers and Product Designers to set goals and plan the team roadmap
- Execute and deliver new features and improvements to customers on a regular basis
- Leading the engineering and operational excellence for your team

Job Requirement
Basic Qualifications
- A customer-focused engineering leader who has led and launched complex web-based applications
- 3+ years of frontend or full-stack web development experience
- You have a high standard of excellence for yourself and others around you
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Javascript or Typescript, HTML5, CSS, and component-based frameworks like React
- Experience with hiring and mentoring engineers
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with frontend infrastructure & tooling, i.e. webpack
- Experience with UX or UI design, especially for responsive mobile interfaces
- Experience with GraphQL
- Experience with logging and metrics tools like MixPanel, Splunk, DataDog
