Overview of job

For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Mobile Developer, to work in Ho Chi Minh city. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. You will work closely together with partners outside Vietnam and will join one of the SCRUM development cycles. Daily stand up video conferences are part of the job. Therefore English training courses are provided to improve English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Engage in the system design, development, rollout, and operation of our native applications for iOS and Android (built from scratch).
- Lead a team of engineers with a diverse cultural background.
- Take the initiative in conducting design/implementation reviews for other engineers.
- Resolve issues regarding architecture, design, scalability, and performance.
- Improve development efficiency by automation using CI/CD.

Minimum Qualifications:
- More than 3 years experience developing native mobile applications using native language (Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android)
- Experience in package management (cocoapods, Carthage, Gradle etc.)
- Experience in the whole SDLC process (planning, creating, testing, deploy)
- Experience in writing Unit Tests
- High communication skill
- High motivation for team development
- High sense of ownership
- Willing to continuously learn new technologies and find ways to solve issues and requirements
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in large scale B2C e-commerce or Fintech service development
- Experience in Agile development
- Experience in using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Experience in CI/CD (Bitrise, etc.)
- Experience in using analytics tools
- Experience in using mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
