Overview of job
- Tham gia triển khai dự án nền tảng ngân hàng số, trực tiếp lập trình và hỗ trợ các thành viên trong nhóm lập trình (Java Springboot/MSA/Angular)
- Tham gia phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, đề xuất giải pháp, phương án triển khai
- Lên timeline công việc, lấy xác nhận từ các bên liên quan và chia tasks cho các thành viên trong nhóm, giám sát và hỗ trợ các thành viên hoàn thành đúng cam kết
- Phối hợp các bộ phận liên quan như OpenAPI/ESB/Core/Thẻ và các hệ thống khác
- Dẫn dắt nhóm 3-6 người, giúp thành viên cùng phát triển và hoàn thành nhiệm vụ được giao
- Viết các tài liệu, hướng dẫn triển khai hệ thống công nghệ số

Job Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp các trường Đại học chính quy như ĐH Quốc Gia Hà Nội, ĐH Bách Khoa, ĐH Khoa học tự nhiên, ĐH Kinh tế quốc dân, Học viện Ngân hàng, Học viện BCVT, Đại học FPT…
- Có kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và dẫn dắt nhóm, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
- Tối thiểu 5 năm tham gia liên tục vào các dự án Java ở mảng Backend
- Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm Java 8, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Rest APIs, MSA và team lead
