Overview of job

* Scope of position:

We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
The goal of the HR Manager is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, and facilities management services.

* Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementing HR strategies and initiatives ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy
- Frequency: 20%
- Performance Expectations: MM feedback on yearly improvements and process compliance
● Support Talent Management Team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
+ Set goals for HR function (Yearly)
+ Monitor goals in Management Dashboard and present at management meetings (Monthly)
+ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics (Monthly)
● Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
+ Collaborate with other managers to identify needs and pain points (Daily)
+ Participate to management meetings (Weekly)
● Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
+ Yearly revise, update, and produce documentation for HR policies and procedures (Yearly).
+ Follow milestones of HR workflow (Quarterly) (t.b.d.)
● Nurture a positive working environment
+ Direct and motivate the HR team and be a referent point for all employees (Daily)

2. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Frequency: 10%
- Performance Expectations: Employees feedback on service effectiveness
● Ensure legal compliance throughout the HR responsibilities
+ Fill out internal audit (as part of risk management) (Quarterly)
+ Participate to trainings on new laws and regulations (Quarterly)
+ Seek advice with the lawyer in uncertain or risky situation (Daily)
● Maintain awareness of organization policies to all employees
+ Organize and conduct compliance and onboarding training (Monthly)
+ Gather feedback from other managers on effectiveness of HR policies (Yearly)
+ Suggest annual improvements to HR policies (Yearly)
● Be the ear of the company to its employees
+ Roll out employee engagement (RESPECT) survey and discuss follow up actions with management team (Bi-yearly)
+ Suggest and discuss improvements needed with management team (Weekly)

3. Apply the Talent Management Processes
- Frequency: 70%
- Performance Expectations: HR Report compliance to yearly targets
● Talent Acquisition - Support Talent Acquisition members
+ Liaise with management team to determine number of hires (Monthly)
+ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition function to identify and select the best talent for the opening (Daily)
● Onboarding - Support Talent Acquisition members to implement onboarding process
+ Collect Day 1 onboarding checklist (Monthly)
+ Monitor progress and engagement with buddy program (Monthly)
+ Lunch or other engagement events with buddies (Monthly)
+ Deliver Orientation training and values workshops (Monthly)
● Performance Management - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
+ Gather performance evaluation forms from Managers for all employees (Quarterly)
+ Gather annual performance appraisal data for all departments (Yearly)
+ Assist managers in setting goals (Annually)
● Learning & Development
+ Support managers in assessing training needs and creating training plans (Quarterly)
+ Track and document all training initiatives within the company (Daily)
+ Deliver compliance and ad-hoc training sessions (Quarterly)
● C&B - Maintain pay plan and benefits program
+ Conduct regular salary committee meetings to review promotions and yearly salary increase (Quarterly)
+ Monitor usage of current benefits and propose new benefits to BOD (Quarterly)
+ Process paperwork for benefits such as Insurance and Loans (Monthly)
+ Support C&B coordinator to register new employees (Monthly)
● Career Management
+ Ensure all managers follow the promotion process (Quarterly)
+ Consult Talent Sourcing and Data service on promotions needs (Quarterly)
+ Communicate to the company and reward top performers (Monthly)
● People Support - Provide admin support for office management and HR processes
+ Review and submit HR Budget (Quarterly)
+ Take part in office management committee (Monthly)
+ Manage office Receptionist and tea ladies (Daily)
+ Process visas and work permit for visitors or foreign employees (Daily)
+ Provide administrative support for all HR functions (book external training courses, submit insurance claims, etc) (Daily)
+ Provide administrative support for LEAD and GROW programs (Daily)
+ Collaborate with Trade Union to organize Company Trip (Yearly)
+ Other administration tasks (Daily)
