Overview of job
- Main responsibilities:
* Technical lead on implementation of software and applications
* Technical leader- and mentorship of software developers
* Ensure economical operation of developed software and applications
- Main tasks:
* Implement sustainable, maintainable and quality assured software
* Provide proactively guidance to other developers(internal and external) who are engaged in development tasks associated with the product
* Align implementation with global system architect
* Develop and lead high-quality software design and architecture
* Ensure system architecture documentation in alignment with system architect
Job Requirement
- Technical expertise:
* 2+ years intercultural experience on collaboration with internal and external teams
* 5+ years experience in professional software development and code quality assurance (e.g. Unit testing)
* 2+ years responsibility as lead of software modules or application development
* 3+ years in-depth knowledge and experience of software architectures and design patterns
* Experience in the (most of) the following technology stack:
o AWS serverless / Lambda
o Java (Lambda, Streaming)
o TypeScript
o Elasticsearch
o Apache Hudi
o Serverless framework
o PBI, CI/CD, source code management (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git)
* Experience with design patterns
o Ports & Adapters
- Methodological and personal skills:
* Presentation- and moderation skills also with people outside the IT field
* Intense desire to continuously improve the software team efficiency and processes
* Committed to deliver on time and on budget
* Able to communicate efficiently with internal customers in a clear, concise and understandable manner both verbally and in writing
